Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 2-5 business days to process your order. Expect an email within this time to let you know your order is on the way that will include tracking information!
PICKUP:
Pickup in Valleyview, Kamloops. Exact address given when this option is chosen.
Orders can be picked up with this option daily, at pre-specified times. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
Pickup at Rootze by Wamaco on the North Shore, 175 Leigh Road, Kamloops, British Colombia, V2B 2L6
Orders can be picked up between 9AM-2PM, Monday-Friday
LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the “continue to shipping” button. Local delivery is available for addresses within Kamloops, British Colombia. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. All local deliveries will be subject to a flat fee of $5 CAD during the checkout process.
Orders placed before 8AM will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the following business days.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with information on approximate time of delivery.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2-5 business days using [your shipping provider i.e. Canada Post’s delivery standard is 2-7 days]. Flat rate shipping fee of $19.50 CAD applies to order totals under $175 CAD and orders over $175 CAD will have free shipping. Shipping internationally outside of Canada will be subject to additional shipping charges based on location.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $19.50 flat shipping to Canadians with orders under $175.
Free shipping on all orders over $175.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping.
If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Pineapple Planners Ltd. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We accept returns up to 30 days after the order date, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will replace or exchange the full order minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 30 days after the order date at pineappleplanners@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
